What is an in-depth interview?
The in-depth interview is a qualitative research technique that seeks to understand people's opinions, perspectives, experiences, and motivations, in relation to the topics we have defined for our study.
It differs from other techniques mainly because it allows us to delve into and understand the interviewee's experience through a detailed conversation.
The interview allows us to approach users and customers in order to collect data related to a specific object of study. Along with observation, the interview is the qualitative method par excellence.
