Payment and shipping policy


1.1- FREED markets its products and services globally. Their prices are available in United States Dollar (USD).

1.2- It is the responsibility of the user to verify the currency with which he will pay for the purchase, the calculation of the conversion to his local currency, as well as to consult the provider of the means of payment that he will use if there will be additional charges by currency conversion.

1.3- The prices do not include taxes, shipping costs or additional charges , which will be informed to the user, if any, when entering the payment flow.

2.1- FREED makes available to the user third-party payment processors , with international coverage and widely known in online commerce. To date it is available:

2.2- If the client requires another means of payment or billing, he must communicate through the form contact .

2.3- By selecting a means of payment, the user assumes that he is familiar with the conditions of use of that service and approves the transaction through that third-party payment processor.

2.4- FREED reserves the right to cancel an order if the respective amount is not confirmed through the payment method used by the user, within a period of 7 business days . During this period, FREED will make every effort to contact the payment platform to make the pertinent queries.


3.1- FREED offers the user means of sending their orders to the address that he provides, the cost of which will be calculated and informed at the time of making the payment flow.

3.2- In the case of international shipments, the user assumes that additional charges may be charged by the authorities of the receiving country, such as customs duties and local taxes.


4.1- FREED reserves the right to review each order made online to verify that the procedure has been carried out correctly.

4.2- FREED reserves the right to cancel one or more orders of a user in the event of one or more errors in the sales process, even after the cash charge for the purchase. In this case, the amount will be reimbursed, which will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment.
