Refund and return policy

1- GUARANTEE

1.1- FREED's refund and return policy has a legal duration of 14 days from the time the user received the product and before it was used. After this period FREED will not offer a refund or exchange of the product.

1.2- In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • the product must be unused and in the same condition in which the user received it, and
  • must be in its original packaging.

2- REQUESTS AND SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCTS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND

2.1- The user must send their exchange or refund request to the email contacto [@] freed.tools informing the following:

  • the order number that you received by email when making the purchase through this website,
  • a receipt issued by the logistics company that delivered the product,
  • specify if you want the return of money or product exchange and
  • if the user wishes to exchange the product for one of the same characteristics or another of the same value, they must specify it in their exchange request.

2.2- In the response by email, FREED will inform the user of the procedures it will adopt and, if necessary, the shipping address of the product to be evaluated. Therefore, the user should not send the product to any postal address associated with FREED before receiving such notification.

2.3- FREED does not assume the payment of shipping costs for the return of products, therefore, the management and payment of the fees involved will be the responsibility of the user.

3- REFUNDS

3.1- Once FREED has received and inspected the product, an email will be sent to notify the user, informing of the approval or rejection of their refund.

3.2- If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a term that is set by the payment processors. Therefore, it is the user's responsibility to consult these terms with the provider.

4- PRODUCT CHANGE

4.1- Once FREED has received and inspected the product, an email will be sent to notify the user, informing of the approval or rejection of the product change.

4.2- If the product change is approved, the new item will be sent to the address provided by the user within the same timeframes that apply to regular purchases.

5- CHANGES TO THE REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

5.1- The user can review the most updated version of the Refunds and Returns Policy at any time, on this page.

5.2- FREED reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of this Refund and Return Policy by posting updates and changes on this page.

5.3- It is the responsibility of the user to check this website periodically to verify the changes. Continued use or access to this website and its products and services, after the publication of any change in the Refund and Return Policy, implies acceptance of said changes.
