Roche Chile

Design kits for research and development teams of new technologies

Roche is a company in the health area, with more than 100 years of history, that develops products and services for the detection, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases. It has been present in Chile since the 1930s.

Challenge:
Innovation as a platform for leadership

FREED's support for Roche should focus on generating a culture of research and development that creates sustainable value to maintain leadership at the Latin American level, with patient care as its center.

We did:
Design kits to boost creativity

We instilled in Roche the foundations to generate a favorable culture for innovation, where they could use the elements that we gave them and others that they had at hand, even in an unconventional way, in a context of creative freedom and conducive to generating ideas without being judged nor think if they are applicable or not. Then the instances would come to select the most feasible to develop.

We develop a design kit and the respective methodologies manual in order to deliver the tools that encourage your collaborators to be creative.
